One-to-One Training to Suit You

We will use our knowledge and skills to aid you in achieving your goals through a variety of different exercises, equipment and techniques with Inclusive Fitness. At all times we will be there providing you with advice, feedback, motivation and most importantly ensuring you have the correct techniques to avoid injury.

Flexible location

With a base at Kensington Leisure centre and equipment from technogym machines to battle ropes there will always be something suited specifically for you and your individual goal.

If the gym is not for you, mobile personal training can be conducted in a local park, or your home if preferred. Here we can use resistant bands, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and many more to ensure you are challenged and goals are met.


Personal training is usually booked in packages, from 1 session to a package of 20 in multiples of 5. Contact us for more details or view our promotional packages, which can be of even greater value to you, setting you up on your fitness journey.
