Make the most of your training
Personal training with Inclusive Fitness may not be for everyone. Maybe you have a good understanding of the gym and your training, or maybe location is restricting you in training with us.
Why not take up our option of training plans? Specifically designed for you by a personal trainer, our plans will stretch you and could be just what you’re looking for.
How it works
Contact us with your goals, current physical condition, likes and dislikes, and training requirements and Inclusive Fitness will design you a bespoke training programme to push you to the next stage in your training.
Usually we suggest a programme should last 4-6 weeks, so providing you have the motivation, use our programme for a while.
Then contact us to have a progress check, feedback and a new programme to take with you for the next part of your training after the initial period. Plans are a great way of learning from our knowledge to help you on your fitness path.

We’ll create a plan to make sure you get the most of your training – and we’ll check in with you every now and then to see how you are doing and – if you like – stretch you that little bit more.
